"Ce da, ce là" tracks omissions and effects of nomination in two seminars of the second volume of Jacques Derrida’s The Beast and the Sovereign. In the first seminar (January 29 2003) a bout of micro-textual jostling with the figure and the name of Lacan sets in, which affects in a parasitic or animal way Derrida’s philosophical style. In the second scene, taken from the penultimate seminar, the earlier pas-de-deux between two mobile name-bound particles recurs in the form of a becoming-animal, following the queer diagonal line of the « mink », both the animal and the coat of a Lacan in fur.Publié
